Refund policy

We want you to love your Banavilla jewelry! If you aren't completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a $6.50 return shipping fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund or paid at checkout.

1. Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Open your email inbox, look for the message from our store, and copy the 6-digit verification code. Go back to the online store, enter the code, and you will be logged in.

Select Items & Reason

Click on the specific order you want to return. If you ordered multiple items, select the exact ones you want to send back. Choose a return reason and add a note for our team.

Submit Your Request

Click Request Return. Once your request is approved, we will email you a return shipping label along with complete shipping instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • For eligible returns within the 30-day window, we'll provide you with a return shipping label. A return shipping fee of $6.50 will be paid by the customer or deducted from customer's refund. Simply affix the label to your package and drop it off at the nearest shipping carrier location.
  • Please ensure that your return package is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email notification to confirm receipt of your returned item.
  • If your return is approved, your refund (minus the $6.50 return shipping fee) will be processed to the original method of payment within 3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, style, or color, please indicate your preference when initiating the return. Our customer service team will assist you with the exchange process, subject to product availability.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards, promotional items, and final sale items are non-refundable and not eligible for return.
