Return and Refund

1. Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.

2. Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please submit a return request by following the instructions below:
  1. Log in to your account:
    1. Click "Login" in the store's navigation menu, and log in to your account.
    2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification.
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click Request return.
  6. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

3. Return Shipping:

  • For eligible returns within the 30-day window, we'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Simply affix the label to your package and drop it off at the nearest shipping carrier location.
  • Please ensure that your return package is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email notification to confirm receipt of your returned item.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.

5. Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, style, or color, please indicate your preference when initiating the return. Our customer service team will assist you with the exchange process, subject to product availability.

6. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and final sale items are non-refundable and not eligible for return.
