True Story: The GRA Certificate Conversation

True Story: The GRA Certificate Conversation

The other day, a customer messaged me, concerned...

She had just received her moissanite ring and asked,
“Why didn’t you include a GRA certificate?”

She had seen other stores include one. It made her feel uneasy—like something was missing.

So I took a deep breath and explained:

GRA certificates are commonly seen in moissanite sales,
but unlike GIA or IGI for natural diamonds, GRA is not a recognized gemological institute.
It doesn’t have an established reputation in the gemstone industry.
In fact, many moissanite sellers use GRA just for marketing—because it sounds official.

I told her:
“We don’t include GRA certificates because we care about honesty.”
Our stones are top-tier moissanite—sparkling, durable, and ethical.
We believe in full transparency, not fake authority.

But she still wasn’t happy.

She said:
“Even if it’s not real, other sellers give it… it feels more legit.”

That broke my heart a little.

Because I realized how confusing the jewelry world can be.
When customers are bombarded with logos and serial numbers, it’s easy to think a shiny certificate = value.

But here’s the truth:
we’d rather give you real quality than a fake sense of it.
No gimmicks. Just beautifully crafted, responsibly made moissanite jewelry—designed to last, with nothing to hide.
